Hallsley Followup

Thank you to everyone for a fantastic meet last night! Our volunteers stepped up, and our swimmers showed incredible progress with some impressive time drops. Just a few reminders are we move forward: 

Clerk-of-Course

Parents are not permitted at the Clerk-of-Course or behind the blocks. For our home meet on Tuesday, June 17th, please drop your child off at the gate—you will not be able to stand with them. Our amazing Clerk-of-Course coordinator, Heidi, and her team will ensure swimmers get where they need to be. Give them encouragement and support as you send them in!

Relays

  • Coaches will start lining up 8U relays immediately after warmups next week. If your swimmer is in an 8U relay, remind them to stay on the pool deck after warmups.
  • Our coaching staff and Clerk-of-Course will handle lineup logistics.
  • If your swimmer isn’t participating in warmups but is in a relay, they need to report to the Clerk-of-Course after Magnolia Green warmups.
  • If a swimmer leaves after warmups and misses their relay, coaches will not be able to track them down, and they will be replaced in the lineup.

Meet Results

Results will now be posted under the signup calendar—just click on past events to view them. They will no longer be emailed.

Meet Declarations are due TOMORROW, JUNE 12th by 11:59PM for our meet vs Hampton Park on Tuesday June 17th. NO EXCEPTIONS.

10:30am to 11:00am (Mon, Tues, Thurs)

11:15am to 11:45am (Mon, Tues, Thurs)

5:45pm to 6:15pm (Mon, Wed, Thurs)

*Please note there are no makeups and we are not able to accommodate practice schedule changes due to camps, appts, etc.**
