You’re receiving this email because you (or someone you’ve signed up for!) are signed up to volunteer at tonight’s meet. I honestly cannot thank you all enough for stepping up and getting every single one of our positions filled—you rock! 🌟

📌 Finding Me at Check-In I won't know exactly where my check-in station will be until I get to Summer Lake this afternoon. As soon as I’m set up, I’ll shoot out another quick email and post on our Facebook page so you know exactly where to find me. 📣

To make sure we’re ready for a great meet, please take a look at the check-in times and meetings below:

⏱️ 1st Half Volunteers

• Check-In Window: Please check in with me or Heather Treptow between 4:30 PM and 5:25 PM. (If you see us set up earlier than 4:30, feel free to come on over!)
• 5:40 PM – S&T Officials Meeting: All 1st and 2nd half officials, please meet under the balcony.
• 5:45 PM – Timers Meeting: Please meet under the balcony.

🚨 Crucial 1st Half Note: We can't start the meet until all 1st half volunteers are in place! If you haven't checked in by 5:25 PM, we'll send a quick text to touch base. If you know you're running late, please send me an email to let me know!

🏊 2nd Half Volunteers

• Check-In Window: You can check in anytime between 5:15 PM and 5:50 PM.

🚨 Crucial 2nd Half Note: If you haven't checked in by 5:50 PM, we will send out a text to check in. If your arrival gets delayed past 5:50 PM, please wait until Event 25 to find Heather or me to check in.
