Sponsor Spotlight
The Learning Experience -Discover the joy of learning at The Learning Experience! Our proprietary L.E.A.P.® curriculum is designed specifically for children from birth to age 6, making early education fun and engaging. Through hands-on activities, sign language, and our beloved Bubbles the Elephant and friends, we seamlessly weave character development into daily play. Your child will learn essential life values like kindness, sharing, and philanthropy while building a strong academic foundation. Watch your little one blossom into both a confident preschooler and a caring citizen. All first responders receive 10% off their tuition.
The Sand Dollar Beach Kitchen/Sand Box - The Sand Dollar Beach Kitchen and Sand Box, owned by swim team dad Shane Evans, continue to be an incredible supporter of our team. Shane provides food for our coaches, helps with our fundraiser meet each year, and even stayed open Tuesday night as a one‑man show. We are so grateful for everything he does. Be sure to visit the Sand Dollar Beach Kitchen in the Cosby Village Publix Shopping Center or stop by the Sand Box while you’re enjoying the pool.
Touch A Truck
Join us this Saturday from 9–10 AM at the Aquatic Center for our Sea Dragons Touch‑A‑Truck Event. Kids can meet a real police officer and firefighter up close. We’re grateful to the Chesterfield County Police and Chesterfield County Fire Department for partnering with us and making this experience possible. We will be collecting donations for the Wells family at this event and throughout the remainder of the season.
Practice Etiquette
Please refrain from speaking to coaches and swimmers during practice or standing behind the blocks. This is very distracting for both our coaches and swimmers. If you need to speak with a coach or your swimmer needs a time for an event, please use the 15 minutes before practice or the 15 minutes after practice.
Practice schedule for June 22nd-June 26th can be found here. Poseidon will be running more practices on June 25th.

Relays
Please let the coaching staff know if your swimmer is interested in being considered for a relay. The Tarrington meet relay will be a medley relay. Please note that expressing interest does not guarantee placement. Final relay selections are made at the coaches’ discretion.
- 8U relays take place at the beginning of the meet.
- 9/10, 11/12, 13/14, 15-18 relays are scheduled for the end of the meet.
- If selected for a relay, swimmers are expected to stay until their event. Missing a relay without prior notice may affect eligibility for future relays throughout the season. We understand that unexpected situations arise, and some families may need to leave early. If that happens, please notify the coaching staff promptly.
