There have been some changes to the timeline for the Harper's Mill meet on Tuesday. Please see the revised timeline below and on our meet details page. Attached you will also find a copy of the heat sheet. Please note if your swimmer is in a relay. 

Meet Timeline:

4:30PM - Arrival Time (please note that it is a about a 10 minute walk from Winterpock Elementary to the Harper's Mill pool). See map here. Please make a decision on your family's arrival time. If you are a timer, you will need to be ready for the timer's meeting at 5pm. Please plan accordingly.

5:00PM - Timers and Strokes & Turns Meeting 

5:20PM - Event #62 9/10 Relays Assemble Behind the Blocks (8 & Under Relays to follow) 

5:25PM - National Anthem 

5:30PM - Meet Starts

**PLEASE NOTE THE 9/10 RELAYS WILL BE THE FIRST EVENT FOLLOWED BY THE 8U RELAYS. If your swimmer is in a 9/10 relay they need to report behind the blocks by 5:20pm. The heat sheet does not show this change, but 9/10 relays (event 62) are the first event of the meet followed by event #1 - the 8U relays. The rest of the meet will run according to the heat sheet.**
