Reminders for the 2026 Magnolia Green Sea Dragon Summer Season

Registration will open TODAY, April 6th at 6pm and close on April 30th.**

2026 registrations fees are:

Early Bird Registration: 6:00pm 4/6/25 to 11:59pm 4/12/26

Sea Dragons (Age: 5-14) - $200 per swimmer

Senior Sea Dragons (Age: 15-18) - $90 per swimmer

Regular Registration: 9:00am 4/13/26 to 11:59pm 4/30/26

Sea Dragons (Age: 5-14) - $215 per swimmer

Senior Sea Dragons (Age: 15-18) - $90 per swimmer

If you register more than TWO Sea Dragons swimmers, a multi-swimmer discount will apply. The multi-swimmer discount does not apply if your additional swimmer is a Mini Sea Dragon or a Senior Swimmer.

All non-resident families will be assessed a $50 non-resident fee. For Mini Sea Dragons, the non-resident fee is $100.

There is a $0.30 and 3.4% processing fee that will be charged on all registrations. These fees are not refundable in any circumstance.

Practice Schedule

Practices are by ages this year. This will allow for greater flexibility in makeups for appts, camps. etc. Please select the time slot during registration that your child will attend the majority of the season. Practice options are as follows:

Morning Options - after school is out (June 1-July 13th)

Ages 11-18 years old-7:30am to 8:15am (Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri)

Ages 9 & 10 years old-8:30am to 9:15am (Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri)

Ages 5-8 years old- 9:30am to 10:15am (Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri)

Afternoon Options - after school is out (June 1-July 13th)

Ages 5-8 years old-5:00pm to 5:45pm (Mon, Wed, Thurs, Fri)

Ages 9 & 10 years old-6:00pm to 6:45pm (Mon, Wed, Thurs, Fri)

Ages 11-18 years old-7:00pm to 7:45pm (Mon, Wed, Thurs, Fri)

Practices will begin BEFORE school gets out beginning May 18th through May 29th and will be broken down as follows:

Ages 11-18 years old- 5:00pm to 5:30pm (Mon-Fri)

Ages 8 and under - 5:30pm to 6:00pm (Mon-Fri)

Ages 9-10 - 6:00 to 6:30pm (Mon-Fri)

**There will be no practice on May 22, May 25, and May 29. You will not be able to choose these options at registration.

**Please only attend the practice based on your swimmers age as of May 31, 2026**

**Pre-approval at Registration**

You will see a pre-approval amount of $450 at registration. This is a pre-approval and not a hold and will not affect your ability to use your credit card. At registration, you will only be charged registration fees plus credit card and processing fees. You will only be charged additional fees if you do not complete your volunteer hours. Bathing Suits

Bathing suits are not required and are not included in your registration fees. They must be purchased separately through our vendor, Midlothian Swim Shop. Registration includes fees, team shirt and cap which will be distributed during the first week of practice. We have a swimsuit fitting on April 12th from 4-6pm at the Magnolia Green Aquatic Center. If you are unable to attend, suits may also be purchased through our vendor.

Minis Registration

Minis registration will open April 13th at 6pm. We anticipate it will fill quickly. There are 2 options this year, a morning session from 10:30am-11:00am and an evening session from 4:15pm-4:45pm. There are no makeups for minis. Please select the time slot your child will be able to attend the entire season. The minis season runs from June 8th - July 9th which is the Mini Olympics. More information can be found on our website. There is a waitlist for minis - if the waitlist is full, please do not email. We will see you next season! Team suits are not required for minis - one-piece suits are required for girls.

10:30 to 11:00am (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday)

4:15pm to 4:45pm (Monday, Wednesday, Thursday)

**Assessments**

We have one date of assessments left on April 26 from 5-6pm at Woodlake Aquatic Center. Sign up here. If your swimmer is under the age of 10 and NEW to the team, they need to attend assessments. If your child was a Mini Sea Dragon last year and they are ready to move up to the regular team, they also need to attend assessments.

Parent Information Meeting
