We will have awards and medals from the banquet available tomorrow at practice Thursday morning, Thursday evening, Friday morning and Friday evening. 

Practice tomorrow morning (7/16) is on for 7:30am, 8:30am, and 9:30am for swimmers with a morning practice time slot. We will finish our meet tomorrow night at FoxCreek so we will not have practice tomorrow night.

Our swim meet tomorrow begins promptly at 5:30pm at Foxcreek Pool to continue the meet we started.  There will be no warm ups.

Beginning Thursday morning, practice is only for swimmers who have qualified for CHAMPS and who are attending CHAMPS. Medals and awards will still be available during these practices for swimmers without CHAMPS times. The practice schedule will be as follows:

8:30-9:15am (Thursday morning, Friday morning) **CHAMPS ONLY SWIMMERS**

9:30-10:15am (Thursday morning, Friday morning) **CHAMPS ONLY SWIMMERS**

5:00-5:45pm (Thursday evening, Friday evening) **CHAMPS ONLY SWIMMERS**

6:00-6:45pm (Thursday evening, Friday evening) **CHAMPS ONLY SWIMMERS**

These practices are for CHAMPS only swimmers. 

Don't forget to declare your swimmers for CHAMPS.
