Strokes & Turns Training
Sea Dragons – We Need YOU!
Our regular season meet jobs are live and are starting to fill up. That said, we’re putting out a shameless but sincere call for help…
We need more parents trained in Strokes & Turns! Our team has over 100 families and 200+ swimmers, but right now we only have 6 incredible volunteers covering ALL 36 Strokes & Turns shifts across the season. That’s a huge lift and just not sustainable — we’ve lost a few trained folks this year, and we don’t want to burn out our veteran volunteers who’ve stepped up year after year.
Why do Strokes & Turns?
It’s an essential meet role — without it, the meet can’t run.
You’ll be poolside and part of the action.
It’s just a short training session to get certified.
It lightens the load for everyone!
Upcoming Training Opportunities:
Walton Lake Pool – June 5 @ 6:30 PM
Tarrington Pool – June 8 June 8th, Time 2:00pm

Let’s support our team, our kids, and each other — please consider getting trained and helping us keep the season running strong. Reach out to Kim Hintos, Allison Wagner, or Cori Bennett if you are interested in being a strokes & turns volunteer.
